1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your"), and 11winrm (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible at https://11winrm.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

To register and maintain an account on the 11winrm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 11winrm strictly prohibits the registration, access, or use of any services by individuals under this age. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or terminate any account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Accounts registered by individuals who lack legal capacity to contract will be considered void.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
4. Not a Restricted Jurisdiction Resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in your location.
5. Accuracy of Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. The use of false identities, fictitious names, or another person's details is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You must not be a politically exposed person or a close associate thereof where applicable anti-money laundering regulations apply.

4 Account Registration

When registering for an account on 11winrm, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 11winrm immediately via our live chat support if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• KYC Verification: To access the full range of Platform services — including withdrawals — you must complete our KYC identity verification process. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence, and a proof of address document dated within the past three months. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of any changes to your registered contact details.
• Account Transferability: Accounts are personal to the registered holder and are not transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any interest in it to another person.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, 11winrm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment purposes.

This licence does not permit you to use the Platform for any commercial purpose, for the benefit of any third party, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. Any use of the Platform in violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and there is no guarantee of profit or the return of any funds wagered.
• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market.
• 11winrm reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that it determines, in its reasonable discretion, to have been placed in breach of these Terms or to have been affected by technical error, manifest pricing error, or fraudulent activity.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

11winrm supports a range of Malaysian payment methods and cryptocurrency options for deposits and withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported Methods: Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). 11winrm reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum and maximum thresholds may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably practicable. 11winrm processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 60 minutes, though processing times may vary based on payment method and verification requirements.
• Currency: All MYR transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 11winrm is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Source of Funds: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 11winrm reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Transaction Errors: If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. 11winrm is not obligated to investigate or rectify transaction disputes notified after this period.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

11winrm may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, cashback schemes, free bets, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance and are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Specific wagering multipliers and eligible game contributions will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer through multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• 11winrm reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or reclaim any bonus credit or bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith.
• Bonus amounts, including the Birthday Bonus (ranging from MYR 188 for Bronze tier to MYR 2,688 for Diamond tier and above) and the Referral Reward (MYR 38 per qualifying referral), are indicative figures subject to current promotional terms at the time of offer. 11winrm reserves the right to amend these values at any time.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities conducted through 11winrm are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are only accepted from Users with sufficient funds in their account balance to cover the total stake. A bet confirmation screen will be presented before final acceptance — it is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirming.
• Odds and Pricing: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. 11winrm makes every effort to display accurate and up-to-date odds, but reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and void bets placed at materially incorrect odds.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time due to changes in the relevant Sporting Event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Result Disputes: Official results published by the relevant governing body of a Sporting Event (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts) will be used for settlement purposes. 11winrm does not accept responsibility for unofficial results or third-party result reports.
• Casino Game Integrity: All casino games offered on the Platform, including live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and slot games, operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment. Certified RTP figures are displayed within individual game information panels.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 11winrm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11winrm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction or in any location where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of Sporting Events.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform for the purpose of placing bets or exploiting gaming outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a third party to use your registered account, or using another person's account.
• Conducting any activity that 11winrm reasonably determines to constitute systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage betting in a manner that exploits promotional offers in bad faith.
• Any conduct that interferes with, disrupts, or adversely affects the Platform's systems, infrastructure, or other users' experience.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 11winrm Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, logos, brand name, game titles, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to 11winrm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The limited licence granted to you under these Terms does not convey any ownership rights in any Platform content. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without 11winrm's prior written consent.

The 11winrm name, logo, and all related brand assets are proprietary marks of 11winrm. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media accounts, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11winrm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information resulting from technical errors.
• Any loss or corruption of data associated with your account.

11winrm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

11winrm is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools and resources to help our Users maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits to cap their total losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set time reminders and session duration limits to monitor and manage their playing time.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

11winrm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Multi-accounting or allowing an ineligible person to use your account.
• Conduct that 11winrm determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• At the request of the account holder for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon account closure, any verified funds remaining in your account balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be made available for withdrawal subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding verification requirements. Funds associated with accounts closed due to fraud or breach of Terms may be forfeited at 11winrm's discretion.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 11winrm holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or restrict any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence. Malaysian Users retain any non-waivable statutory rights applicable under Malaysian consumer law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

11winrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, an email to your registered address, or a notification through the in-platform messaging system.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, submit an account closure request to our support team.
